We usually shy away from private home rentals because we worry about keeping the quality consistent. These we have inspected and feel represent good values. A private home is a great option for families or groups that need extra room, or for couples that just want the extra privacy and space that only a house can give. We currently offer only two homes in Monteverde. But we hope to have more from other areas online soon!
Casita Jardin offers two bedrooms, a covered patio with HOT TUB, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining room. There are two private sleeping areas, each with a queen bed. There is a queen sized futon / sofa in the living room. The hot tub makes this the perfect choice for a romantic honeymoon!

Casa Hira Rosa offers three bedrooms, kitchen, living room dining room combo, and small porch. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds. The small third bedroom offers a twin bed.
These are perfect for family groups. The two homes are only 100 feet apart, and can be rented together for large groups of up to ten people. Of course, some couples or smaller groups just prefer the privacy and extra space that a private home offers.
